As part of our Festival Of The Photocopier 2012, lovely local artist Melissa Reidy was planning on launching her new zine 'Into The City I Go'. Unfortunately, a few weeks before the event, she was diagnosed with Repetitive Strain Injury, a common zinemaking affliction. Instead of cancelling the event, Melissa asked anyone who turned up to the launch to draw a picture of her RSI-riddled hand, with a view to turning the results into a zine. Here it is.

When I lived in London I could pretty much tell the size, features and age of a house and its garden, just by looking at the street name...Here, in Newcastle [NSW] it was different: every time I went to look at a house I had no idea what to expect. Everywhere we looked houses were on different block sizes and might have been built decades apart from the neighbours'. Resulting in very little uniformity in many streets...The same applies to Newcastle letterboxes...
