Although this zine is partly about the vertigo and the nervousness and the nausea, it's also about the transcendence and the joy and that amazing feeling when you think that things cannot get any better, except they do.

This is another personal zine inspired by my decision to quit the call centre that I've previously referenced in the Epitaph for my Heart series. Includes events that propelled this life changing (for the better) decision, my take on the etiquette of resigning from crappy jobs, the aftermath of quitting and the politics of office 'theft'.

Comic monologues dense with allusions to history, literature, and cinema. Some of these allusions are blatant, some are cyptic. Some of the historical events are true, some are false, and some are combinations of fact and fiction. None of the stories involve superfluous depictions of sex, violence, or even attractive women. The comics are aesthetically simple, and very little regard is paid to commercial standards of what comics should look like; my handwriting is messy, my characters are simply drawn, and they don't even look particularly consistent throughout the stories. The stories are all more than usually wordy.

When hunting rats with a dog, ferret or stick, it is advisable to tuck-in trouser bottoms with may otherwise be used as bolt-holes. The normal reaction of a rat, when cornered, is to crouch or stand still in real or feigned terror. Then, when the predator is almost within striking distance, to jump at him with a scream, hoping to escape in the ensuing confusion.

Simple, brilliant zine featuring photography of spectators at the zoo, from within and beyond the enclosure, letting the reader spectate the spectators as it were. Very clever with best ever closing photograph. It's a visual thing.
